Same Day Despatch

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of midnight to 2pm. If your order is placed outside of these working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

Please note that during exceptionally busy times (including Christmas Holidays), while we endeavour to deliver our orders on time, delivery of orders may be delayed due to courier issues outside of our control.

UK Based Orders

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery – Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days. You can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com using the Tracking Number we will send you after your order is despatched. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived (Royal Mail’s Terms & Conditions say they will accept claims for missing or lost parcels if your parcel is not delivered (or no delivery attempt) 10 or more working days (Mon to Fri) after the due delivery date).

Courier Next Working Day Service– Guaranteed to arrive Next Working Day – Monday to Friday. (With this service you will receive an email and/or text with an estimated hour time slot for delivery. You will also be given the opportunity to re schedule your delivery to suit you!). Please note that if you order your sex toys before 2pm on Thursday and select next day delivery (next working day service) then you should receive your sex toys the next day (UK Mainland Only) PLEASE NOTE:If you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified. Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather please check the Interlink and Royal Mail websites for possible delays.

European Orders

At the checkout enter your billing address first, then if you require, untick the Ship To This Address box and enter your alternative Delivery Address.

Tracking your order

Your order will move through our system and once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. For Courier Next Day & Royal Mail Tracked deliveries, your unique tracking number will be included in the email when we dispatch your order. Next Day Courier Service is with DPD Local or UK MAIL, please check your e-mail confirmation to find out which courier service has been used and confirmation of your tracking number. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 0800 302 9199. Please be aware that love-sextoys.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
