These terms apply to any contract between Love Sextoys (“We” / “Us”) and you for the sale of products. Please read these terms carefully before placing any orders through Love Sextoys. By placing an order with Love Sextoys, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the legal right to possess adult products or toys in your area, community or country. If We discover that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Love Sextoys is not obliged to process your order. We are not obliged to inform you if your order has been declined or cancelled for this reason.
All orders made through Love Sextoys are subject to acceptance by Us. Acceptance may be subject to availability of chosen products at the time the order is placed. Love Sextoys reserve the right to cancel orders at any time before dispatching the products for delivery. No contract will exist between yourself and Love Sextoys until We send you an email confirming that your product has been dispatched for delivery.

• The cheaper product is being sold on a UK based website.
Love Sextoys has the right to end offers and promotions at any time. We also reserve the right not to honour discount codes, coupons, or tokens where we believe they may have been obtained fraudulently or in violation of the terms of the individual promotion.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 attempts to reduce the amount of waste electrical and electronic equipment which is incinerated or sent to landfill sites. Electrical equipment including sex toys should be disposed of at a designated electrical waste collection centre and not in your regular dustbin.

(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
You may cancel a contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
